PRIVACY: Your privacy is important to me. I do not share your information.

RETURNS: No returns accepted on aromatherapy services and aromatherapy blends. Refunds minus shipping accepted on returns of diffuser jewelry - buyer pays return shipping. Returns must be initiated within 1 business day of receipt. For books, please refer to retailers' policies.

CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations of aromatherapy services allowed within 24 hours of purchase for full refund. If consultation has started within 24 hours, 50% refund for cancellation. Cancellations of diffuser jewelry allowed if item(s) has not already shipped for full refund. For books, please refer to retailers' policies.

SHIPPING / FULFILLMENT: All diffuser jewelry will be shipped within 2 business days using First Class Mail or Priority Mail. For consultations, you will be contacted within 24 hours to schedule consult. Aromatherapy blend will be shipped out within 7 business days unless we have agreed otherwise. For books, print times, shipping cost, speed, and locations vary by retailer:

• IngramSpark Direct prints in approximately 2 days, shipping extra.
• Lulu prints in 3-5 days, shipping extra.
• Amazon ships in 2 days for $0 with Prime.
• Barnes & Noble ships in 1-2 days for $0, or pickup in store.
• eBooks are available for immediate download.

LIABILITY RELEASE: By purchasing my services or applying any information found on this site, you agree to the following:

• You agree to consult with my essential oil retailer, pharmacist, and/or physician for precautions, contraindications, and dilution information for each
  ingredient. You will not use any essential oil or absolute without adhering to its safety data.
• You understand that aromatherapy and the use of essential oils is not a substitute for medication and the medical advice of a licensed physician, psychologist, pharmacist, or other healthcare provider. You understand that Yasemin Kasim Luebke does not diagnose illness, injuries, or prescribe medications.
• You understand the risks and safety factors associated with essential oils, which can include, but are not limited to: skin irritation, prescription drug interaction, and other safety issues.
• You give your permission to review your medical history (if necessary) to provide an aromatherapy blend that is formulated specifically for you. You understand the importance of informing Yasemin Kasim Luebke of any medical conditions and medications that you am taking. You understand that there could be additional risk factors based on your specific physical condition.
• You understand your aromatherapy blend is for you only and you will not share with others, especially children or elderly.
• You understand that it is your responsibility to inform Yasemin Kasim Luebke of any discomfort that you experience upon using the aromatherapy blend.
• You accept these terms and take full responsibility for the application of any blend and/or information provided.
• You therefore release Yasemin Kasim Luebke from all liability for any loss or damages, including but not limited to special, incidental, consequential, personal, or other damages.
